Sales Executive

Digital Virtue is a well-established web development company and in line with our expansion plans, we are seeking a Sales Executive, with a proven track record in IT-related sales to develop the south-west territory, using Cardiff as the base.

Reporting to the Directors, the role will encompass the following:

• Sourcing new business prospects
• Scheduling sales appointments and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Converting new business appointments into sales
• Preparing and providing a Proposal document for each client
• Meeting defined targets for appointment sets and sales revenue, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Managing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Digital Virtue will consider individuals, who match the following requirements:

• Must be highly motivated, organised and results-driven
• Must have either a Diploma or a Degree in an IT qualification, or several years experience within the IT sales arena
• Must have a proven track record in sales for a minimum of 3 years
• Must be able to negotiate at Board-level
• Must be a team player
• Must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

The rewards include an attractive basic salary, plus commission and bonuses, company car, lap-top and mobile phone. The package is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the individual appointed.

We are seeking an ambitious Web Developer with experience in:

• ASP, HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
• MS Access, MS SQL Server, MySQL

and an excellent understanding of:

• ASP.NET (VB.NET).

The ideal candidate will need to have strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and have an excellent eye for detail.  Experience and understanding of W3C Standards and DDA is a must. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable with packages, such as, Photoshop and Fireworks and understands the impacts of graphics delivery over the internet
